 Our project manager and designer will meet you for coffee to chat about what your vision for your project is. This meeting is about fully understanding what your dream scenario looks like so that we can bring it to life. We will give you advice on the best plan of attack, and help to answer any of your questions.
            
        
            

            

                
            
            

            

                
Project Analysis
                

                                    
                
 Next, a thorough site inquiry will be performed by our team to investigate whether the project is legally and technically feasible as well as being economically justifiable. This feasibility study document tells us what we can build, how and for how much.

At this point we also do a Project Pricing Exercise to get a more accurate breakdown of cost and an idea of what your project will look like. This can take up to a few weeks and a small deposit will be required upon engagement.

 This is the really fun part! Our team has a penchant for design, and are experienced in creating beautiful spaces. Along with our designers, we will help you to develop your vision, offering suggestions that will take your finish from good to amazing without impacting your bottom line. 
 
Throughout this phase, we are considering construction, methodology, suppliers and material alternatives so that we can evaluate them for cost and build-ability. You will receive a report with all of your options. With this, we will work with you to develop a perfectly accurate and detailed cost plan. All relevant engineers, designers and consultants will then be engaged and plans will be produced.

 We will formalise the drawings to ensure that the documentation is ready for Resource Consent lodgement and then will deal with Council on your behalf to get you through to building consent approval seamlessly and without causing you any stress. 
            
        
            

            

                
            
            

            

                
Construction Phase
                

                                    
                
 Tailored Building Solutions will give you a fixed price construction contract.
A detailed program for the construction phase will be produced and will be regularly updated so that you can stay up to date via our client portal.
We will then build, manage and complete all construction elements whilst managing and completing all council requirements, inspections and Codes of Compliance.  Our team will photograph and document all activity via our Quality Control Program.
All product & installation warranties to you will be supplied to you, and we will provide you with a 10 year Halo Guarantee.
