An old brick and tile with dormer roofs sticking through concrete tiles – a bit of an ugly duckling. We extended and reclad the upper floor to change the layout and give it a new lease on life.  From a 3 bedroom one bathroom to a 5 bedroom 3 bathroom with an amazing indoor outdoor flow, beautiful ensuite with a his and hers shower with 8 shower outlets and an entertainer’s dream kitchen.
